Happy Birthday to CLiCK!

Happy Birthday to us! Click Imagery is 8 years old!!! (as of yesterday 3.29.12)

WOW! SO much to be thankful within these past 8 years. Anyone in business, who has a business partner, will tell you it’s not always easy. It’s very similar to a marriage (and lucky us, that just goes with the theme of the industry we’re in!) There are lots of ups & downs…& even more compromising. Many debates & questioning of each & every decision that is made. It also doesn’t help the decision making process when the personalities of the principals of the company are totally polar opposite of each other! HA! That said, every decision made is always for the good of our business. Megan & I are constantly challenging each other, artistically, creatively & intellectually. Think of the perpetual “but why?” questioning from a typical 2 year old. It makes you really think about your answers, doesn’t it? For as much work that we put into our business, we have equally as much fun with each other and especially with our clients. I mean, that’s what’s all about right? One of my absolute favorite quotes is from Steve Jobs:

“Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work. And the only way to do great work is to love what you do. If you haven’t found it yet, keep looking. Don’t settle. As with all matters of the heart, you’ll know when you find it.” ~ Steve Jobs

As Megan lays blissfully in the sun while she’s on vacation celebrating her first wedding anniversary with her hubby, I’ll recap some fond memories via the images below from the past 8 years.  Now, anyone who knows us knows that I LOVE having my picture taken & well Megan? Not so much! Something tells me that if she were home, she might not have approved these images in the blog post! Love ya Megan, I hope you’ve had a couple of cocktails before seeing this post! Happy birthday to you & I hope you & Matt are celebrating first class style for your one year anniversary! 🙂

These were some outtakes from our “headshot session” a couple years ago. These are so indicative of our personalities! 🙂

Having a little fun on the job with our fantastic clients! *the middle pic was taken by our bride’s uncle*

Just a little good old fashion fun in NYC Times Square, doing a location scout the night before one of our NYC weddings in the Big Apple!
